It is our goal to eliminate every barrier to ensure your future includes your best self.

  • We begin with empathy and support. Perfect people do not need RTH. People looking for a testimony need RTH. We will support your journey to the best chapter of your life.

  • RTH provides a spiritual environment with set rules and expectations. We support your progress and expect your compliance with our House and Program rules.

  • As you move through your journey with RTH, you may live in a home with others on their own personal independent living journeys. We require discretion, respect, self-care, and accountability.

Each home may have specific resident requirements.

Practical Skills

We at RTH understand there are some practical living skills that may need to be learned while in a state of transition. We are dedicated to helping you develop daily routines and the practical skills needed to complete tasks. Practical skills like understanding public transportation route and procedures, shopping for healthy foods, using the library, and other community resources are critical to independent living.

Independent living requires secure employment at a living wage. RTH provides resources to help you financially support your independence. First, we focus on ensuring you have employable skills. Secondly, we teach resume writing and successful interviewing techniques to help you secure gainful employment. Once employed, we continue to support your long-term employment by teaching appropriate interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and financial management.

Secure Housing

At the conclusion of your program with RTH, you will be ready for independent living. This includes maintaining an apartment or home of your own. We support your independent living transition by helping you secure a residence and ensuring you understand financial management, such as insurance, paying bills, and saving.
