Our Story
As friends and professionals, we saw the security that existed in our families and felt everyone should have the opportunity to feel cared for and supported. We developed RTH to be the family support for those who are ready to begin the best chapter of their life; one filled with diligence, support, and testimony.
Our Founders
Pamela and Natalie bring compassionate leadership and decades of professional expertise to RTH offering safe-housing, holistic support, and individual empowerment tools to every RTH resident.
Pamela Wrench, RN, BSN - Chief Executive Officer
Pamela is a Registered Nurse with a career rooted in healthcare and community service.
As a nurse, Pamela spent years advocating for patient-centered care, focusing on healing not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. Her transition into leadership was driven by a passion for creating spaces where individuals facing life challenges can find stability, dignity, and hope.
Pamela’s vision is to restore lives through compassion, structure and opportunity. Her leadership ensures that every resident is treated with respect and given the resources to thrive beyond transitional living.
Natalie Bristol, BSN, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC - Founder
Natalie is a dedicated Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for serving individuals in crisis. She has spent her career supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments.
Driven by a long-held vision to create a safe, supportive space for those in need. She partnered to established Restoration Transitional Home to offer a warm, cozy, and structured environment for community members seeking shelter and stability. Natalie believes that healing begins with compassion, dignity, and a home-like setting that fosters hope and restoration.
